Payment Information:
Credit card payments and e-checks are accepted through Paypal. A Paypal account is not necessary to make payment; just add items to the card and follow the simple directions at checkout. In special circumstances a personal check or money order will be accepted, but shipping will be delayed until a check payment clears. Contact us if you have special needs or concerns.
Shipping Information:
All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after receipt of order. If an item is out of stock an email will be sent letting you know the anticipated availability of the item(s). If you are a previous customer and wish to purchase an item that we currently are not stocking, please let us know!

Shipping and handling charges are based on the total price of the items in your cart. Shipping rates are as follows (all rates in USD):
Orders from $0.01 to $24.99 = $4.95 S&H
Orders from $25.00 to $49.99 = $7.95 S&H
Orders from $50.00 to $99.99 = $9.95 S&H
Orders from $100.00 199.99 = $12.95 S&H
Orders from $ 200.00 and up = $16.95 S&H
Shipping will be either USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Larger shipments will be sent Parcel Post.
International Shipping (all rates in USD):
Orders from $0.01 to $20.99 = $8.00 S&H
Orders from $21.00 to $49.99 = $15.00 S&H
Orders from $50.00 to $89.99 = $25.00 S&H
Orders from $ 90.00 to $119.99 = $32.00 S&H
Orders from $ 120.00 and up = $39.00 S&H
Internation shipping is available to Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Additional shipping charges may be invoiced separately if actual shipping costs exceeds the shipping chart. The most economical shipping method will be utilized to deliver the products quickly and safely.
If you are located in a country not mentioned above, please contact us and we will advise you on shipping costs before you place your order or direct you to a closer and more economical distributor of goods.
Shipping Insurance:
Shipping insurance is optional. If you would like your parcel insured, please contact us and appropriate fees will be applied.
Color Samples:
Since many of the items for sale at Artistcellar.com have special refractive, translucent or irridescent properties, we have done our best to portray our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, since no computer monitor can replace the human eye or reproduce the incredible range of colors and effects presented by our products, color samples may vary. The color samples on this site are for representation purposes only. Contact us if you have questions or concerns.
Returns:
Paints are packed in recyleable bubble wrap and appropriate containers. Larger orders are wrapped and boxed. Products are packed as carefully as possible, but should anything arrive damaged please contact us within 5 business days. We will make every reasonable effort to remedy the situation.
Privacy:
Your privacy is important to us. All personal information such as names, addresses and email addresses are kept in strictest confidence. Your personal information will NOT be sold or passed on to anyone else. No account information is stored. All payment information is secured and encrypted by PayPal.
