Orders can be placed online or by phone at 615-776-8226 from 9 am to 4 pm
Central time.
Payments
The site is currently setup to take Paypal. Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard,
American Express and Discover) are accepted for
orders placed online or through email or by phone. Send ONLY your order by email.
DO NOT send your credit card by email.
Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped within 3-4 business days after receipt of order. If
an item is out of stock we will send an email and give you an estimated ship
date as well as give you the option to split the shipping into 2 shipments.
In which case an additional fee may be applied for the second shipment.
Shipping & handling charges are estimated therefore the actual cost may be lower
than charged. If the difference is significant, a refund will be issued
for the difference.

Orders are insured at receiver request.
International Orders
We are happy to ship internationally. Additional shipping charged may be
invoiced separately. We will find the most economical shipping method to
deliver the products quickly and safely.
