Looking to add Stewart Gill products to your brick or online store?  Please email artistcellar@gmail.com and remit business license/tax id certificate to request wholesale information.

Payments

The site is currently setup for retail orders only.  Wholesale orders must be sent through email or called in by phone.  Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) are accepted for orders placed through email or by phone.  Send ONLY your order by email.  DO NOT send your credit card by email. 

Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after receipt of order.  If an item is out of stock we will send an email and give you an estimated ship date as well as give you the option to split the shipping into 2 shipments.  In which case an additional fee may be applied for the second shipment.

Please report all damaged shipments or short orders within 5 business days.  We will do what we can to remedy the issues.  Please email artistcellar@gmail.com  or call 615-776-8226 between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm Central time. 

Damage caused by the postal or delivery service must be logged with them.  We are not responsible for shipping damages. 

Shipping Insurance

Orders are insured at receiver request.
